Studio Terms of Service
Please review our studio usage conditions, booking guidelines, and media ownership terms.
1. Studio Reservations & Rates
Studio bookings are scheduled in advance. Standard baseline sessions are priced at 190 EUR (or local equivalent) for up to 2 hours of floor time. Extensions are billed in 30-minute increments subject to schedule availability.
2. Ownership of Recorded Content
Clients retain 100% intellectual property ownership of all audio dialogue, video footage, and creative concepts recorded within klelstur studio. The studio claims zero rights or royalties over your recorded materials.
3. Studio Conduct & Equipment Care
Clients and guests are expected to treat the facility, microphones, cameras, and acoustic fixtures with care. Any damage caused by willful negligence or unauthorized manipulation of sensitive gear will be billed at repair or replacement cost.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 48 hours notice for session rescheduling to allow our engineering desk to reallocate studio availability.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
